Processing Time
Your order will usually be shipped within 48 hours. As many of our
products are manufactured fresh for you after you place your order, shipping of
your order from our plant may take up to 5 business days. You will usually
be notified by email once your order has been shipped. You can also track your
order through the “Track Your Order” button at the top of any page; all you’ll
need is the order number we sent you by email when you placed your order. We will also place you on the Post Office automated tracking notifications by email.
If shipment of your order
will be delayed beyond 5 business days for reasons beyond our control, we will
notify you by email as early as possible to notify you of the delay. These
situations are usually rare.
Standard Shipping Time
- USA & Canada
Transit time will average 7 - 10 business days after we ship your
order, depending on the delivery destination. Standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes longer. USA customers should take note that we
are shipping from Canada, and that clearing U.S. Customs
usually takes 1 or 2 business days.

We offer flat rate shipping through Canada Post and USPS as follows:
- Total purchases under $50 .......................................... $14.99
- 50% off for total purchases between $50 and $99.99 ....... $7.49
- Free shipping on total purchases over $100 .................... $0.00
Refunds on Product
Returns
We will be happy to refund your order if you choose to return your
order within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items MUST be unused
and in good resalable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items
less shipping. Be sure to email us with return instructions.
Should the return be due to an error, you will receive a replacement item at
our cost, or be refunded in full (including shipping). Damaged or missing
item claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order that you've placed, email
us immediately with your cancellation for a full refund; if you wait a
couple of days it may have already been shipped. Orders that have already been
shipped, or boxed, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If the package has already
been shipped, you may return the order to us and we will refund you less the shipping.
